What counts as a similar piece?
The same kind of item and cut, in your size and color (any color from the brand you bought), with the same main fabric, from a brand at a similar price level, that our AI engine sees as a visual match for yours. We read each piece's own page to confirm all of that, and if we can't, we don't show it.
Is TagsOn free?
Yes. Checking items, receipts and emails is free, and so are price-drop alerts.
Where do the return rules come from?
From each store's own returns page, read and checked by hand, including the Canadian and US versions where they differ. Each store page shows the source and the date it was checked.
What if a store blocks you from reading the product page?
You still get the store's rules, plus what changes if the item was on sale or marked final sale. Uploading the receipt or forwarding the order email gives the exact answer.
Which countries do you cover?
Orders from US and Canadian online stores. We pick the right country's rules from the link, the receipt or your choice.
Do you store my receipts or emails?
