TagsOn is a post-purchase assistant, powered by our AI engine, for people who buy fashion online in the US and Canada. While you can still return something, we make sure it was the best buy you could have made.
Every store words its return policy differently. Some count from the day you order, some from the day it arrives. Sale items might be final, or store credit only, or fine, depending on the discount and sometimes on the color. Canadian and US rules often differ. And the window closes quietly, usually while the box is still in the hallway.
We read the policies so you don't have to, each one checked on the store's own site. Then we apply them to the exact item you bought and give you one clear answer: whether you can return it, and until when.
That deadline is also a window of opportunity. Prices drop after you check out, and a comparable piece might be on sale elsewhere. So while you can still return yours, we keep looking: the same item at other stores, and similar pieces in your size, color and fabric from brands at your level. If there's a better deal, you hear about it in time to act.
What we believe
- Answers, not policy pages. Your answer is about your item, your color and your order date.
- Only suggestions we'd stand behind. A similar piece has to be in your size and truly comparable, or we don't show it.
- Honesty about what we know. If we couldn't check something, we say so instead of guessing.
- Your data is yours. We read receipts to answer you and don't keep them.
