Privacy policy

This policy explains what TagsOn collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.
What we process
- Product links you paste. We use them to read the product page and answer you. We don't link them to you.
- Receipts and order emails you upload or forward. We read them to find the store, items, prices and dates. They are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for reading and are not stored by us after we answer.
- Price-drop alerts. If you turn them on, we store your email address, the item, the price you paid and your return deadline, and delete them after the watch ends or you unsubscribe.
- Your sizes. Your size portfolio (My sizes) is saved in your own browser, not on our servers. When we look for similar pieces, the size for that item (and whether you shop women's or men's) is sent with the search and not kept.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't use advertising trackers.
- We only email you about watches you confirmed, and every email has a link to stop.
Services we use
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database for alerts), Anthropic (reading receipts and searching for listings), and an email delivery service (Postmark or Resend). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Your choices
You can stop alerts from any alert email. To access or delete your data, email privacy@tagson.app. If you're in Canada, you have rights under PIPEDA; in California, under the CCPA.

We'll update this page if anything changes and note the date above.
